Cleanliness
Guidelines for your health [+]
Wrestlers should not wrestle if they are ill or have a contagious skin disorder. Wrestlers should come to practice and/or matches clean and smelling nice. Wrestlers should clean, trim, and file their fingernails before coming to practice and matches to avoid scratching opponents. Wrestlers should shower and clean themselves thoroughly after each practice and tournament to reduce risk of ringworm and to avoid body odor. Wash your workout clothes after every practice.
